BRIDGES, J., for the Court.

¶ 1. Ricky and Antonio Neal were convicted of conspiracy to commit burglary in the Bolivar County Circuit Court, Honorable John L. Hatcher presiding. Both men were sentenced to five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Ricky Neal was also fined $5000. Ricky and Antonio have appealed their conviction and come now to this Court bringing several issues:
