The plaintiff, Billie Harrison, filed suit for damages against Horseshoe Entertainment, a Louisiana Partnership, the defendant herein, after she sustained injury to her right knee when she slipped and fell in the ladies restroom located on the main gaming floor of the King of the Red riverboat casino.
