The defendant, Michael Ricciuti, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dissolving his marriage to the plaintiff, Barbara Ricciuti. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court improperly (1) awarded 25 percent of his pension to the plaintiff, (2) determined that the value of the parties' real property at 289 Old Toll Road in Madison was $175,000 and (3) ordered him to refinance...
