J.A.H. ("the father") appeals from a judgment terminating his parental rights. After their child was removed from their home by the Calhoun County Department of Human Resources ("DHR"), M.H. ("the mother") and the father completed an affidavit of substantial hardship and requested that an attorney be appointed to represent them.
