Defendant Patrick Fleming appeals his misdemeanor conviction of possession of marijuana. However, because the case is not appealable, we dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. The Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging Fleming with possession of marijuana, in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(C).
