In this case, the plaintiffs, Sylvia B. Green1 and Joseph and Lameka Broussard, appeal the jury's damage award, and the defendants, K-Mart Corporation and Grandella S. Hamilton (an employee of the store), appeal the jury's damage award and the trial court's removal of a juror. For the following reasons, we affirm in part, reverse in part, and render.
