HOLLAND, Justice:

The respondent-appellant, Emily Watson1 (the "Mother"), filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court from a final judgment of the Family Court. Pursuant to that judgment, the Family Court granted the petition of the Division of Family Services ("DFS"), petitioner-appellee, to terminate the Mother's and Father's parental rights. Only the Mother challenges that judgment.
