Appellant appeals the trial court's denial of his motion to withdraw plea, arguing the trial court erred by failing to appoint conflict-free counsel to represent him during the hearing on his motion, as Appellant requested. The State argues Appellant's motion was facially insufficient to require a hearing; thus, the trial court could have summarily denied the motion.
