In this personal injury action, the plaintiffs, Clinton and Evelyn Simmons, appeal the trial court's entering of a jury verdict which found that the defendants, Transit Management of Southeast Louisiana, Inc. and Orleander James, and Mr. Simmons were each 50% comparatively at fault in causing Mr. Simmons' injuries and which failed to make an award for physical pain and suffering despite awarding the plaintiffs $80,000.00 for medical expenses, $150,000...
