Appellants, James and Shannon Lazzell, challenge the decision of the review court upholding the decision of the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration ("FSSA") affirming the determination of the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") which denied the Lazzells' application for Medicaid benefits.
