After a jury convicted Johnathan Henry ("Henry") of aggravated second degree battery, La. R.S. 14:34.7, he was adjudicated a second felony habitual offender and sentenced to nineteen and one-half years at hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. Henry appeals his conviction and sentence. We affirm the conviction, amend the sentence, and, as amended, affirm.
