In these consolidated appeals, we consider two appeals from orders denying a party the right to intervene in an action to foreclose tax sale certificates. These appeals require us to consider whether the circumstances of the intervenor's acquisition of title contravenes the public policy of this State and bars the intervenor's right of redemption.
