Larry Lawson ("Lawson") appeals the trial court's entry of summary judgment in favor of Lafayette Home Hospital, Inc. (the "Hospital") in Lawson's civil suit against the Hospital for injuries he sustained after slipping and falling on a public sidewalk adjacent to the Hospital.
