SILBERMAN, Judge.

The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) and the guardian ad litem challenge the trial court's amended order denying a petition for termination of the parental rights of L. McC., the mother. Because the record reflects that there was no proper basis for the trial court to deny termination, we reverse.
