Appellant Richard Legere was convicted of engaging in organized criminal activity by combining and conspiring with others to promote gambling, to keep a gambling place, and to possess a gambling device. The trial court sentenced Legere to two years imprisonment, suspended his sentence, and placed him on community supervision for two years. Legere brings four issues on appeal.
