Plaintiffs, Lawrence and Jennifer Rolando, purchased a house from defendants, Westing and Barbara Pence, and subsequently experienced problems with a leaking roof. Plaintiffs sued defendants for, inter alia, fraudulent misrepresentation based on disclosures defendants made in connection with the transaction.
