In this case the New Orleans Brass, L.L.C. ("Brass"), applied for an irrevocable standby letter of credit with the Whitney Bank. The Whitney Bank issued the letter of credit in favor of the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District ("LSED") as a guarantee for rental payments.
