No. 2001-CA-1265.

819 So.2d 1053 (2002)

Kerry WESTMORELAND v. TOURO INFIRMARY HOSPITAL.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Fourth Circuit.

March 27, 2002.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Arthur J. Lentini, Law Office Of Arthur J. Lentini, APLC, Metairie, LA, for Plaintiff/Appellant.

John J. Hainkel, Frilot, Partridge, Kohnke & Clements, L.C., New Orleans, LA, for Defendant/Appellee.

(Court composed of Judge STEVEN R. PLOTKIN, Judge MIRIAM G. WALTZER, Judge TERRI F. LOVE).

PLOTKIN, Judge.

Plaintiff-appellant, Kerry Westmoreland, appeals the jury's award of general damages and the jury's decision to award nothing for loss of future earnings and earning capacity. The plaintiff claims that the jury abused its discretion in both of these cases. This appeal raises only issues of fact, not issues of law. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
