George Henderson, Jr., appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cole County which affirmed the decision of the Personnel Advisory Board (PAB). The PAB had approved Henderson's dismissal from his employment with the Missouri Department of Corrections, Division of Adult Institutions (DAI). Henderson failed to deliver a copy of his circuit court petition to the PAB as required under § 536.110.2, RSMo 2000.
