{¶ 1} This case was tried to the court on the issue of damages on plaintiff's claim for defamation. In a prior decision on the issue of liability the court found in favor of defendant. However, the Tenth District Court of Appeals reversed this court's decision, finding that a statement by defendant's employee, Jeanine Woodruff, constituted slander per se. (Dec. 20, 2001), Franklin App. No. 01A278, 2001 WL 1631329.
