The appellant, Roger Lanier, appeals from the circuit court's revocation of his probation. The record reveals that on August 3, 2001, Lanier pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree criminal mischief, a violation of § 13A-7-21, Ala.Code 1975, and one count of illegal possession of a credit card, a violation of § 13A-9-14, Ala.
