Following a jury trial on charges of conspiracy to commit first degree murder, attempted murder, and home invasion, Tiffany Hopp was found guilty of conspiracy. On appeal, the defendant argues that the jury was improperly instructed with regard to the conspiracy charge and that the trial court erred by refusing to submit a nonpattern instruction to the jury.
