The defendant, Brian Thomas Delandro a/k/a Derrick Robinson, was charged by bill of information with distribution of cocaine in violation of La. R.S. 40:967. He pled not guilty. After a trial by jury, he was found guilty as charged. The trial court denied the defendant's motions for post-verdict judgment of acquittal and for a new trial.
