H.E. Rohrer, Inc. t/a Bailey Coach, Inc. (Applicant) appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of York County (trial court) affirming the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board of Jackson Township (Board) denying its special exception request to permit a cleaning and service station for its bus company. We reverse.
