Julius Parham ("Movant") appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.151 motion for post-conviction relief. On appeal, Movant alleges that the motion court clearly erred in denying his claim that his appellate counsel was ineffective for failing to raise the sufficiency of the evidence as an issue in Movant's direct appeal. We affirm.
