Appellant Jeffrey King entered a conditional plea of guilty to the crime of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, subsequent to a search of his person that revealed 3.191 grams of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to ten years in prison, a $150 fine, and a six-month driver's license suspension. Appellant reserved his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress pursuant to Ark. R.Crim.
