Justice HOBBS delivered the Opinion of the Court.

Respondent James M. DeRose appeals the decision and order of the Hearing Board disbarring him. The Hearing Board found that disbarment was an appropriate sanction based upon the finding that DeRose pled guilty to a felony constituting a violation of both C.R.C.P. 251.5(b) and Colo. RPC 8.4(b). We agree with the Hearing Board that disbarment is the appropriate sanction based on the offense and the aggravating circumstances...
