Young Lee was charged with possession and distribution of cocaine, and Robert Harry was charged with distribution of cocaine, all violations of La. R.S. 40:967.1 At arraignment, they both entered pleas of not guilty. After trial, on March 30, 2000, a twelve-member jury found them both guilty as charged. Ms. Lee was sentenced to serve concurrently three years on the possession charge and five years on the distribution...
