This case involves a dispute between Barry Wood and William H. Phillips over the ownership of FM radio broadcast stations WAVH in Daphne and WZEW in Fairhope. The central question presented is whether there was sufficient evidence to show, as the jury determined in answers to special interrogatories, that a partnership was created in December 1992, between Wood and Phillips.
