¶ 1. David Fields, pro se, appeals an order of the Circuit Court of Monroe County, Mississippi denying his petition for post-conviction relief. Aggrieved, Fields perfected this appeal, arguing that the circuit court erred in dismissing his motion for post-conviction relief.
