REX D. DAVIS, Chief Justice.

A jury convicted Greg Daniel Potter of three counts of aggravated kidnapping, three counts of aggravated robbery, and two counts of aggravated assault. The jury sentenced him to thirty-five years' imprisonment for each kidnapping count, thirty years' imprisonment for each robbery count, twenty years' imprisonment for one assault count, and five years' imprisonment for the other assault count.
