We have for review a referee's report regarding alleged ethical misconduct by attorney Saul Cimbler. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 15, Fla. Const. The Florida Bar petitions for review, challenging the referee's recommended discipline of a ninety-day suspension. For the reasons expressed below, we disapprove the referee's recommended discipline and impose a one-year suspension to be followed...
