Keith Woodson was convicted of two counts of attempted murder as an accomplice,1 a Class A felony. On direct appeal, this court rejected Woodson's claims of prosecutorial misconduct and insufficiency of the evidence and affirmed his convictions in an unpublished memorandum decision. Woodson v.
