Platts and Deborah Platts, husband and wife, appeal an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County that entered a judgment against them in the amount of $28,618.49 for fines, attorney fees, and costs related to their violation of the Borough of Bradford Woods (Borough) Zoning Ordinance.
