OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

Sharon Baker ("Mother") and Darryl Cole ("Father") appeal the Marion Superior Court's order terminating their parental rights to their child, D.C.1 Mother and Father argue that a prohibited conflict of interest arose based upon their joint representation by appointed counsel and that neither Mother nor Father validly consented to a waiver of the conflict.
