This case comes before us once again. In Borgman v. State Farm Ins. Co., 713 N.E.2d 851 (Ind.Ct.App.1999), trans. denied, we determined that appellant-plaintiff Borgman's claims for the alleged bad faith denial of her claim for workers' compensation benefits fell within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Worker's Compensation Board (the Board) and that such exclusive jurisdiction does...
