KOSTELKA, Judge.

After a jury convicted Bradley Keith Phillips ("Phillips") of aggravated flight from an officer and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, he received concurrent sentences of two and ten years at hard labor, respectively.1 La. R.S. 14:108.1(C); La. R.S. 14:95.1. Phillips was granted an out-of-time appeal and contests only the sufficiency of the evidence to convict him of the firearm charge.2
