These consolidated appeals present issues involving arbitration. The trial court granted Conseco Finance Corporation's motion to compel arbitration and denied a similar motion filed by WLS, Inc., Larry Smith, Gail Smith, and Lisa Melendy (hereinafter "the WLS defendants"1).
