PER CURIAM.
We affirm the postjudgment order striking appellant's claim for attorney's fees on the ground that appellee litigated in bad faith. Appellant made no request for fees prior to final judgment, and the trial court did not reserve jurisdiction to award fees in the final judgment. See Conley v. Shutts & Bowen, P.A.,
