The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Terra Nova Insurance Company, Ltd., ("Terra Nova"), upon finding that the claims of George F. Bumgardner, the plaintiff, were excluded from coverage by the terms and conditions of the homeowners insurance policy in favor of David Bumgardner, who is also defendant herein.
