The issue that we resolve in this opinion is the applicability to a leasing agent or real estate broker of Maryland's Lead Poisoning Prevention Act, Maryland Code (1974, 1996 Repl.Vol., 2000 Cum. Supp.) § 6-801(o) of the Environment Article.1 Consistent with the conclusions reached by the Circuit Court for Baltimore City and the Court of Special Appeals, see Dyer, et al. v. Criegler, et al.,
