This appeal arises from the judgment of the trial court against Zeolar Maddox, alleged Succession Representative of Willie H. Mack, and awarding Plaintiff, Lillie Mae Norton, general and special damages in the amount of $200,001 for personal injuries. It is from this judgment that Zeolar Maddox appeals.
