MATTINGLY-MAY, Judge.

Sheila Butcher, Maureen Powell, Janie Prather and Kelly Cummings (collectively, "Butcher") appeal a grant of summary judgment for Girl Scouts of Tribal Trails Council, Inc. ("the Council") after Butcher sought an injunction to prevent the Council from selling a Girl Scout camp it owns. She asserts on appeal that the trial court improperly determined the camp did not represent "all or substantially all" of the Council's assets...
