Appellant, Western Southern Life Insurance Co. ("Western"), appeals from the trial court's grant of judgment in favor of appellees W. Charles Acton and William Mullis, acting as personal representatives of the estate of Margaret C. (Acton) Rayhill (collectively "the Estate").
