[¶ 1] KeyBank National Association appeals from a default judgment against it entered by the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Crowley, J.). KeyBank contends that the trial court erred when it (1) denied KeyBank the opportunity to litigate the issues in the underlying suit after KeyBank was granted intervenor status, and (2) denied KeyBank's motion for relief from default judgment pursuant to M.R. Civ. P. 55(c)3
