In this appeal, we consider whether a complaint seeking relief for misappropriation of trade secrets adequately states a claim. The Superior Court dismissed appellant's third amended complaint, finding that it contained only generalities and conclusory allegations that failed to identify a trade secret. Although the complaint does not describe the purported trade secret in detail, we are satisfied that it meets the minimal standards governing notice...
