This is an appeal by James Lincoln Lowe from the trial court's revocation of his probation. On October 25, 1999, pursuant to a negotiated agreement, Lowe pleaded guilty to second-degree receiving stolen property. The trial court sentenced him to serve five years in prison, but suspended the sentence and placed Lowe on probation for five years.
