This is the second appeal in this case. On June 22, 2001, this court reversed the previous judgment of the trial court awarding custody of D.M.D. to his paternal grandparents, W.M. and J.M., over the objection of C.P., the child's mother; we reversed because the trial court did not make an express finding in its judgment that the mother was unfit.
