Section 508(a)(3.1) of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act (Act) (750 ILCS 5/508(a)(3.1) (West 2000)) provides that a trial court may award attorney fees for "[t]he prosecution of any claim on appeal (if the prosecuting party has substantially prevailed)."
