Plaintiff/Appellant Kapila & Company raises four issues on this appeal of a jury verdict awarding $44,665.79 in damages on Appellee Giuseppe America, Inc.'s cross-claim, and the trial court's cost award in favor of Giuseppe following the judgment. Giuseppe raises two issues on cross-appeal in connection with the jury verdict awarding Kapila $10,775.64 on its original claim, both of which we find without merit.
